Hopefully, you’re ready to beat your food funkiness and what’s great is that you can start your journey to food freedom today. Together we can take the first step in transforming your relationships with food, in freeing yourself from the hell of counting calories, cutting out food groups and being obsessed with food all day, every day.

Trust me when I say that the life you lead is within your grasp and I want to guide you through that journey, showing you each important step to take along the way.

And your inspirational journey begins with this first step:

Saying Yes to the Whole Mess!

Saying Yes to the Whole Mess means acknowledging your food behavior. I know that this can be challenging, but trust me when I say that this is so critical to eliminating your food funk! By being honest about your particular food habits without judging them, you get to see your behavior in the cold light of day and you start to take back the power and control from food.

There is no right or wrong way to do this, no incorrect answers, no “good” or “bad” answers, just an honest acknowledgement of how you act and interact with food.

There really is no such thing as “bad” behavior. In fact, everything you do has been designed to help you in some way. We don’t engage in any behavior which doesn’t “try” to help us in some way, it’s just that although our intentions are good, sometimes we don’t use the best methods to help us.

For example, you might turn to food when you feel stressed, well, that’s simply trying to help you deal with stress. The problem happens because food isn’t there to help us with our emotions, and when we confuse this, we get into a difficult cycle of emotion, eating and then more emotions caused by our eating habits.

So forget WHY for a moment, and let’s just focus on WHAT. What are your current food funks?

Do you count calories? Do you binge and purge? Do you feel bad or guilty about eating certain types of food? Are there certain foods that you can’t stop eating once you’ve started? Are you uncomfortable eating in front of other people?

If so, say yes to it all!

When you are honest and open in this way, clues emerge about why your eating behavior started. This tells us what’s really going on in your life. It is the beginning of identifying your emotional needs so that we can deal with them in a way that doesn’t influence your food choices.

At this stage in your journey, I just want you to say “this is what I do.”

The sooner you identify what’s going on, the sooner I can guide you through the changes you can make to eliminate your food funk. I have been where you are now, I know what you have to go through on a daily basis and I wouldn’t recommend this step if I didn’t know it was essential to transforming your life.

I know what it’s like to wake up and be pre-occupied with food and it doesn’t have to be that way! So let’s get started today, say Yes to the Whole Mess!
